Minerals in Foods

You know what minerals your body needs, you just have a hard time remembering what exactly it is you need to meet all these needs as you plan your menus, you are not alone. I found this chart, which can be printed and stuck on the fridge or bulletin board, or at the back of a food notebook (that’s where I keep that kind of thing) This chart also appears to be vegetarian/vegan friendly, I found one mention of goat’s milk, the rest are plant-sourced.
