benefits of eating raw food

Eating raw food during the day can help raise energy levels, improve clarity and mental focus. If you need to be alert and present, keeping your meals light and nourishing will support you in doing so. Eating some light raw food meals through out the week can also help you meet your health goals and support healthy weight loss. ~ Young and Raw
